Each year the MS Humanities Council celebrates the Humanities with the Humanities Teacher Awards for all of the state’s universities and colleges. From Meridian Community College, this year’s recipient is Jade Parkes. Topic: “Before Green Eggs, Grinches, or Cats in Hats: An Examination of the World War II-Era Works of Dr. Seuss.”
