Humanists as Activists: Exploring Our Social Responsibility as Writers

This workshop addresses finding one’s voice by writing characters and dramatic situations that reflect injustices in our current world. In the spirit of social change, urgency and activism, participants practice basic techniques of playwriting, including plot development, conflict, theme and character development. Ms. Sibley presents original material as examples for teaching participants to write well.
