On June 23, the Pascagoula River Audubon Center will host a free and open to the public program on the role of Mobile Baykeeper in the area. The program will take place in conjunction with the Smithsonian Institution’s traveling exhibit Water/Ways, which will be on display at the Pascagoula River Audubon Center from May 31 through July 7.
Mobile Baykeeper is an environmental community organization working to provide citizens a means to protect the beauty, health, and heritage of the Mobile Bay Watershed and its coastal communities. The June 23 program will focus on the work of Mobile Baykeeper, its history as an organization, and its role in the ecosystem and community in the area.
